By accessing or using FlowSynAi you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

FlowSynAi is a cloud-based CRM, booking, and team management platform for service businesses. We provide scheduling, customer management, staff tools, email automation, and AI-assisted features.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information at registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You agree not to: violate applicable laws; send spam; collect data without consent; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; or interfere with platform integrity.

Your data belongs to you. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide features. See our Privacy Policy.

All platform content, features, and branding belong to FlowSynAi and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or distribute them without written permission.

Subscription fees are billed in advance, non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in account suspension.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination your access to the Service ceases immediately.

To the extent permitted by law, FlowSynAi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
