Payment information: Payment data is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We use collected information to provide and operate the platform, send transactional emails, improve the user experience, monitor usage, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers (Supabase, Resend, Anthropic AI) necessary to operate the platform, or when legally required.

We retain data while your account is active. Request deletion at any time by emailing hello@flowsynai.com.

We use TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable precaution.
